1 month till Chrismas!

Here's another Christmas card I made using a kit from CTMH. It's all pre-cut and just had to put this together .. nice and easy - ready to go!

Started my Christmas cards at our scrapbooking retreat earlier this month and happy to say they are all finished!! Just need to be addressed and mailed!

Morning!! I wanted to share another Christmas card with you today. This one is special to me .. in April, we lost my grandma and going through her stuff, I found all the cards I had given her over the yrs. So, for this card, I actually took a couple cards that I made her and made them into one card. I love the colour scheme - non-traditional Christmas - but I love it.

A Holiday Treat!

I finished my first Christmas card!! I am really happy with how it turned out. I created a little shaker/snow globe idea with CTMH "Treat Cups" and the paper is CTMH "Pear and Partridge"

Hello!! Wow, we are almost in Dec!! Yikes! Christmas cards to do, gifts to buy - better get cracking! It's a new challenge at Digitally Sweet today!! This week it's all about "Buttons"! We want to see them on your creations. You guys have really been rocking the challenges .. amazing work!! Here's what I came up with using MMS. I added shadow to everything as well to make it look 3D

Non-Traditional Christmas Card

Just before I left on vacation, I did a blog hop at High Hopes and won!! I got to choose 2 (awesome!) stamps of my choice! This weeks challenge at High Hopes is to create a Non-Traditional Christmas Colours creation and here's what I came up with using my new goodies!! I'd say this is pretty non-traditional!

I did it AGAIN!

Oh man .. I did it AGAIN!! If you haven't had a chance, check out my text blunder HERE. So last night, I send Andrew (my son) a text saying "Dinner" .. I get a text from my BROTHER "Q'ues ce cest??" (no he's not french, just likes to think he's either that or spanish LOL!!) I'm thinking, WHAT??? Oh man .. I text HIM (who's an hour away) that dinner was ready!! I give up!!! "They're coming to take me away ha ha!!"

THEN, I take out the turkey, come to put in fridge and go FLYING through my kitchen .. I (yes ME) left the stinkin' mop out and I tripped over the handle. Keith came flying in from the garage, Ashleigh down the stairs - guess it was a very loud fall. Here I was in a crumpled heap on the kitchen floor, TOTALLY embarrassed because I left the stinkin' mop there in the first place!! So, I have a sore knee, thumb .. what a night!!

On that note, here's a little Thank You card I did for my daycare parents for my Christmas gifts (I was spoiled!!) And I did it with my Memories Suite! Cool huh?? K, I better get baking .. ton's to do!! Have a GREAT day friends! Oh and for another laugh, chk this out!!

Christmas Cards for Grandma

Each year I take a handful of Christmas cards to my grandma to give out to the special ladies in the nursing home. I'm heading up to see her tmw, so just finished these. The lighting isn't the best, so they don't show as well as they look and the stickles are still a little wet, but wanted to show you what I came up with. I added Martha Stewart snow glitter to the snowmen and then fun flock on the bottom for now .. everything else is CTMH. The sentiment is what will be inside. Have a great night!!

Start On My Christmas Cards

Morning friends!! I had a chance to get some Christmas cards done this wknd and here's a couple that I did. We found a fun new tool too! "Sew Ribbon" tool is super fun and that's how I did this card with the ribbon through it. Cards, paper, stamps and die cut tags are all from CTMH!!!
