LMCB #34 - Easter Theme!

Good morning!! This week at Lasting Memories, we're challenging you to use an Easter theme. Can be photo's, colors, bunnies...whatever you think has an Easter feel to it!! I have been super busy making wedding invitations, so I had to cheat a little this week, but seeing as I have so many new friends and followers, there's a chance you haven't seen this one!!! I don't have Easter pics on hand, so I went with colors and photo's that remind me of Easter and spring. Easter to me is family, flowers, pastel colors...spring, spring, spring!!! LMCB #32 - Spring Is In The Air

Happy Sunday everyone!! This week at Lasting Memories, we're challenging you with a spring theme!! Since I still had my "sophia" paper out, I decided to use that. I just love this paper. I started with a pattern from my CTMH "Reflections" and then of course I tweaked it to meet my needs.  The photo's are from last spring. Our neighbors on both sides are cottagers and one of them had a water pipe burst. Well, since we are lower, it flooded us right out in the back corner. As my journalling says, what we saw as a mess (a very BIG mess) our little miss Ashleigh saw it as child's play and if we stop and just watch for a moment, see that huge smile on her face, we'd realize it truly was just that .. really not that bad.
