Digi Darla's "Holiday Harvest" Challenge ~ We're off to Brook's Farm!

It's time for a new challenge at Digi Darla's today!! Our challenge this week is called "Holiday Harvest" and you have 2 freebie digi's to choose from! For my layout I chose to use "Fall Pumpkin" image and I uploaded it in PSE and actually tried something different. I loaded it up and then went to EDIT, Photo Effects and first I did "Miscellaneous" and "carving" and then went back in and went into "Monotone" and THEN I added some color! I LOVE how it turned out!!! My LO is done using MyMemories software.

Before I get to today's post, I'd like to send a shout out to my Aunt Linda!! She is so good to comment on all my posts and even emails me when I don't post for awhile to be sure all is well! So ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Hope your day is filled with love, laughter, family, friends and most important, good health. I love you!

Morning!! I am super excited to be getting so caught up in all my older pics. Seeing as my kiddo's are 15 and almost 11!! Here they're 4 and 8! Don't even ask me about their school books! So, this is another digital, loving this, and one more page done!!! Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!!

LMCB # 5 - "A Sentimental Journey" using Computer Generated Text!

Good morning! Today over at Lasting Memories, we're challenging you to "A Sentimental Journey" using computer generated text on your layout. My sentimental journey is going back to 2003 with my daughter, who's now almost 10. We used to go to a playgroup every Wednesday, just her and I and of course the odd time, daycare kids. But it was something that Ashleigh looked forward to each and every week. This was a trip that my friend Carrie put together for the kid's and they had a ball. I chose to do some computer generated journalling on mine. I have SO much catching up to do! I did the journalling from Ashleigh's point of view.
