I thought this was the perfect challenge to showcase these goofy pics of our boys. We went to a cottage last summer and Keith found this squeaky toy and of course, you know me, photo opp!! LOL! So we had a little fun! Poor Riley (top) looks like he's had more than enough "Cat"arona! Buddy, well he's not giving it up ..

Clean and Simple (Aka CAS)

When I think of clean and simple, I don't think white on white or anything like that. I find it so hard not to have colour on my LO's. So here's my take on CAS - Another Sharbot Lake LO and I tell ya, hubby would not be a happy camper, but I LOVE this page! It's not often he'll let you take his pic :)

LMCB #106 - Sketch W/Flowers

Hello friends! So sorry, I'm late with my Lasting Memories post this week. I had a sick girl home 2 days last week and just picked my son up from school with flu symptoms. They weren't sick a day all summer! 

Friday night hubby and I went to dinner and to see John Fogerty in conncert. Honestly, the BEST concert we have seen! Small venue, very intimate and he had the crowd on their feet 90% of the time. Was incredible. If you ever have the chance to see him, you certainly should!

Ok! This week at Lasting Memories, we are challenging you to use this sketch but there's a twist - that HAS to be flowers on your LO as well! 

Here's what I came up with! I did change it to 3 instead of 4 photo's in order for it to work for me and this is another digital LO using MMS!

LMCB #103 - "A Summer's End" @ Sharbot Lake

Hi everyone!!! It's Sunday which means time for a new challenge at Lasting Memories!! Thank you all for joining us last week and showing off that creativity!! This weeks challenge is "A Summer's End". As summer comes to an end, we find ourselves winding down, getting the kid's ready to head back to school and for me, adjusting to the quiet in my house. That's a tough one for me and I find I miss them so much after being home with them all summer. For this weeks LO, I did a page for my album I'm working on for Sharbot Lake. These photo's are from July when we went up to scout out the cottage we rented this past week (gotta love pre-posting!!). Hubby had a cottage there growing up and we went there when we got married as well, so this was a trip down memory lane for him - showing us his childhood and what he did.
