This our mid post reminder for this months challenge which is "Anything Goes"! This is my first post for this challenge and I decided to post a layout from our Florida 2007 trip. Yes, it's TRADITIONAL!! Not digital! The page layout is from one of my CTMH books and I used my Cricut cart "Life's A Beach" to do the diver. Added a little liquid glass to his mask and bubbles and voila!

LMCB #105 - It's In The Movies!!

Hello!! It's Sunday which means a new challenge at Lasting Memories!! This is a fun one, we're challenging you to use a movie theme! Could be a title, theme, quote - you get the idea. I used a layout from our Florida/Disney trip in 2007 (I JUST finished it!) from the Indiana Jones show we went and watched, which was SO cool and really neat! Here's my layouts and they're traditional!! No digital today!

LMCB #94 - Sketch Time!

It's a new challenge at Lasting Memories!! Before we get to that, if you joined us last week, be sure to check LM to see if you're a winner!!!! Now for this weeks challenge, we are using a sketch this week!!

I LOVED working with this one - if anyone knows where it's from, PLS let us know so we can pass on the credit!!! I manipulated a little to compensate my photo and so happy with the outcome!! This was a pic from our Disney trip in 2007. I still have to add the journalling but wanted to get this posted.

LMCB #89 - "Something Smells Fishy ..."!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! 

We have a really fun challenge this week at Lasting Memories!! "Something Smells Fishy .. " Yep, you read that right!! LOL! Oh I am SO excited to see the entries this week!! For my LO, I am still working on finishing my Florida album from 2007 (and 2010, 2011 lol) and chose to do some more pics from our "Sealife Safari" adventure. I love the title I came up with for this one. Was a fun experience. I thought, after the fact (and glue dots) that I should have put the turtle/fish on the blue and swaped them all around - but it works and I love it!! Good morning!! This week we have a really great and fun challenge at Lasting Memories!! We want to know what YOUR secret is that you love to use on your layouts!! Mine?? Well, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these CTMH flip flaps!! I love that I can turn so many photo's into a nice clean cut LO without having to crop or worry about space. This layout has 6 photo's on ONE pg!! This LO is another from our trip to Disney/Seaworld in 2007. I love how they painted Ashleigh's face up and thought this title was "picture perfect"! LMCB #46 - Mosaic Layouts!

Hello!! How super cool is this layout!! This weeks challenge at Lasting Memories is mosaic layouts so I dug out my trusty CTMH "Magic" book and found this pattern. It is super cool and allows for more photo's on the little pop out piece! What do ya think? These are underwater photo's that hubby took on one of his snorkeling adventures on our 2007 Florida trip. I have yet to try it so I live it through his photo's. Memories are made of ...

"Memories are made of love and family vacations"" is the theme of my LO today. This is from our trip to Orlando, Florida in 2007. We stayed at this resort for a few days instead of in Disney. Was a very short drive to Disney, so worked out perfect! This is my mother in law and Ashleigh in the bottom pic checking out the playground equipment.

LMCB #41 - Sketch W/Alot of Bling!

Hello from my retreat!! Super excited to be getting caught up and this is my LO for today's Lasting Memories challenge! We're challenging you to follow a sketch AND add bling!! These are some photo's I took while we were in Florida, 2007. I have been working on that album this wknd. Count down's on to home time now though, so off I go!!! Have a great day!! Florida Waterfowl

Hello!! We're at our retreat this wknd and we have a full house. We've been asked to do a February retreat now as well as our June/Nov!! Super excited! We've had a waiting list this time as well. As some of you know, I've been missing scrapping so bad. I've just been super busy and now coaching my son's ball team, so there's 2 nights/wk gone as well!! So far I've managed to do 6 layouts!! 2 are for upcoming Lasting Memories challenges (yay!!) and here's one I just completed. Here's a question for anyone who can help me!! What in the world is that duck called on the bottom left corner?? Anyone?? Picture may not be the best as I can't edit it, no software on my little laptop! I found this sketch in my CTMH "Cherish" book.
