I LOVE this title!! My mom made it down today and we had a chance to work a little on Grandma's book. She LOVED her cat, Toffee, which this layout very clearly states I think!! Just had to share! This was taken in Feb - see, I stamped the date on kitties toosh!

Do you ever make something and think "WOW! I DID that?!" Well, that happened to me yesterday! Child's Play - "Wizard Of Oz"

Hi all!! We have a great new challenge at Child's Play this week! It's all about the Wizard Of OZ! Come on out and enter your LO! For mine, I used My Memories Suite V3. I was a little stumped on what to do, but then I came up with the idea to google images from the movie and I chose my favorite parts and then I added some journaling as it was one of my favorite movies as a child. FBW#198 - Birthday Time!

Hello and guess what! It's Wednesday and time for a new challenge at Flutter By Wednesday!! Thank you all so much for joining us last week!! You're all so creative!! This week we're challenging you to make a birthday card using a butterfly, fairy or an angel. I actually struggled with this one - I know, you're thinking "SERIOUSLY?" It's a birthday card!! I know! I had 3 different ideas in my head and well, in the end, after tossing this and that, I came up with this one. The little chipboard die's are from "Pepper & Friends". Adorable right?

Now onto our next Digi Darla Challenge! This challenge is all about "Festive Flowers"!! Guess what!! We're being sponsored by Robyn's Fetish again!! That means, for THIS CHALLENGE ONLY, you can use either a Digi Darla image (You can find a couple freebies under our FREEBIE page) OR Robyn's Fetish!

Winner will receive 5 images of choice. 

For my creations today, I chose to do one of each designer. For Robyn's Fetish, I chose "Overdawallpuppy". Is he not the cutest? I colored him in copics and then added a little glitter and pearls. The flowers are dollarstore and I use my new Spellbinders "Fleur De Lis" Squares die. Isn't it gorgeous? Paper and card are both from CTMH. For my Digi Darla creation, I chose "Courtin' Caleb"
(which is a freebie at DDC right now!) I colored him with my copics (still learning the techniques) and used some paper scraps I had from a retired CTMH paper pack. I added "flower soft" on my flowers and sentiment is from SU!

LMCB #83 - "Man's Best Friend"

Hello and Happy Easter!!! Today's a new challenge at Lasting Memories and we're challenging you to use those "April Showers" photo's! Whether it's playing in the rain, showing off some blooms .. we want to see it all! My layout today is from 2 springs ago - it rained and rained and then we ended up with this BIG puddle in the backyard. It just wouldn't go away. Turns out the neighbors water main had broke. This thing was in our backyard for a couple weeks easily!! Oh well, Ashleigh and of course the dogs made the best of it and it made for awesome photo's!!!! SUPER Dragonfly!

Good morning and happy Saturday! It's a 4 day wknd here for the kid's, 3 for the rest of us - except me :) I get 4 to! So, over at RAKscraps, they had a cool challenge where we had to "Use It All". We were given this kit:

and we had to use EVERYTHING in the kit!! Just for playing the challenge, we're receiving the add-on to this kit!! Can't beat that! I was doing great till I came to figuring out where to put that really blue flower. Then I had to figure out what pics would work with the layout and voila!! The SUPER dragonfly of Florida! LOL!! This guy landed on my arm and stayed awhile. Was awesome! 

"Giving Grandpa A Helping Hand"

Another layout for my grandparents album that I am working on. I think I'll do mine the traditional way, but this way will be much easier for making a few copies. I'm showing my age in this one lol!! That's little ole' me in the trailer behind the tractor!

"I Finally Won A Cake, Mom!"

Imagine my surprise when the phone rang this afternoon and it was Ashleigh saying "Mom! I FINALLY won a cake!" Poor girl has been trying for years. Every yr the Gr 8's do a cake raffle and they are marked on the cakes they make - all money goes towards the gr 8 grad. When Andrew was at DPPS, he won 3 yrs in a row!! They buy tickets for $.25 each and then drop them in the jars. Ashleigh was VERY determined and had a plan in place this morning when she left with her $5 bill and it paid off!! Congrats Ashleigh!! Can we eat it now????
