Hey All!! It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at Lasting Memories!! Bet my post title had you thinking, "What the heck is she talking about?" We're asking you to use your 'trash' on your layouts this week. Scraps of paper, ribbon, old stickers..whatever it is, if it's scraps, it's perfect for this week's challenge! I try to keep my paper scraps with the corresponding paper, so when I finally chose my pics for this LO, I dug out my CTMH "Sasparilla" paper and here's all the scraps I had!!! (note that circle as you'll see it on my layout)
Here's what I came up with! Can you pick out the pieces from my scraps? I also had some tiny bits and pieces of flax around, so I pierced the little stars and sewed them. That black ribbon was actually in my trash bin for some reason, so out it came!! What do ya think??
Now jump on over to Lasting Memories and show us your trashy stash!! We can't wait to see what you create! Be sure to pop over tmw if you're looking for inspiration from our DT Inspiration post!!

Great idea to keep scraps with stacks as much as possible. I like that idea. Love the way your layout came out and such cute pics. The paper is gorgeous so you sure want to use every bit.

My hubby thinks I'm nuts when he sees me pull out random craft scraps from the trash bin. Glad I'm not alone :)! Love the LO!! Way to use that circle.

Well I spotted your negative circle image right away. :-) Great idea for a journaling spot. I love that you keep your scraps with your main paper packets. I do that with my "Kit Packs"... and then I have file drawers of paper.. by color. The kids go diving into it quite often. Super cute layout. And I am really eyeing that new folded ribbon techniue. Pretty!!!!
