All your creations were amazing last week, thanks for sharing them with us! This week we are doing another card drive for a organization that Flutter By Team Member, Nancy, has been working with. You can read all about "Butterfly Kisses Care Baskets" at the FBW blog. Our challenge this week is to create a Get Well/Thinking of You/Keep Fighting card using your butterfly, fairy or angel and please consider sending it in to Butterfly Kisses. I thought my sentiment fit in there pretty good and my card is designed using My Memories Suite!! I LOVE this kit! I got it FREE!! FBW #195 - It's An Open Challenge This Week!

For this weeks card, I chose to get into My Memories Suite and see what I could create. I love this! I will be printing it out and adding to an A2 card and sending off to someone special. Before I get to today's FBW post, I wanted to let you know we have an AMAZING tutorial and giveaway at Lasting Memories this week!! Now onto this weeks FBW challenge!!!

"This week's challenge is one that only happens once or twice a year here at FBW but is always one of our most popular challenges..so without further delay, our challenge for this week (and this week only!!) is~ Anything With Wings! So all those times you wanted to use a bird or a dragonfly or even a dragon..now is the time to use them!! On Sunday we had my cousin's baby daughter's baptism and this is the card I made for her. Felt so good to get in my craft room and play with paper!! I get so caught up in digital that it's been awhile since I've been in my craft room. This is one of DigiDarla's images, isn't she sweet? Hubby got me the punch for Christmas and love it!! I colored this little gal up with prisma's and added a little glitter and here we go!!

Digi Darla's "Happiness Is..." Challenge!

Happy Monday all!! It's time for a new challenge at Digi Darla's! This weeks challenge is "Happiness Is .. " and I chose a pre-colored image called "Pup and Present" Isn't he just adorable!!! Good morning friends!! I have some exciting news!! I've been asked to (re)join the Flutter By Wednesday DT! I was so excited when Danni asked me if I would like to join the DT!! FBW was my very first DT experience and I'm super happy to be back - thank you Danni and to the FBW team for such a warm welcome!! I have been playing around with digital and PSE9, having a little fun with the coloring. I couldn't wait to get playing around with this image (Bugaboo's "Ava Flowers") and I'm going to send this to my grandma. It looks a lot like a little doll I used to play with and when I was little - she had a "dolly hospital" where she would fix my dolls up. I colored up my image in PSE9 and then uploaded to My Memories Suite and created a 5x7 card! I love it!!

To A Special Friend ...

This week at Digi Darla's, we're challenging you to "Blue and Brown"! Super fun! Here's my creation and I used one of Darla's images - "Mermaid and Friend's" I did a little paper piecing, used my Swiss Dots CB folder and the card is from CTMH and comes already scalloped! LOVE this!

We're Going "Green and Clean" at Digi Darla's!

Good morning!!! Guess what today is!! It's my first DT post for Digi Darla's!! Super excited about really getting into digi's over the next 6 mths. Can't wait to play! So, our challenge for you is "Green and Clean" so green on your project with nice clean lines. I kept mine very clean as I wanted my main focus to be the image - which I colored up in PSE9!! Loving this coloring idea!! I then sponged on some sky and grass and keeping with the green theme, I added some green butterflies. Check out the ladybugs too .. cute huh?

"Life Is Tweet"

Morning! I've been doing a little 'cricut' shopping lately! Here's a card I made using "Straight From The Nest" .. isn't it cute? I didn't get a pic of the inside, but I had even cut 2 lovebirds and the words "love birds" out and put it on the inside. I am loving this cart!!!! I gave this to my parents for their anniversary today!! Happy Anniversary!

Good morning!! Here's a cute little card I put together that I am going to send to my grandma. The image is from Digi Darla. Isn't she cute?? I actually wanted to try something different, so I pulled her up in my PSE and colored her in there. I've never done that before, was fun!!

"A Gift For You" Father's Day Card

Well! So much for nice weather! We're in for a LOT of rain over the next few days! School year is winding down. Andrew has 3 exams this week - English yesterday, Art today and Science tmw and then he's done till end of August. Ashleigh has till Wed of next week, which is a half day, so I don't even know if she'll bother. She said "Mom .. there's just to much drama on the last day!"

We had family up for a visit last night as we didn't get a chance to see my dad on Father's Day and this is the card I put together for him. I actually made the card itself a few yrs ago, but I tweaked it a little to make it work. The image is from Sunshine Designs and sentiment from CTMH.  Dad's a real home body and takes great pride in his home, so I thought this was perfect!! Also, if you get a chance, chk Everyday Cricut today to see what she made, omg, SO cute!!

Father's Day Card

Good morning!! Oh the weather is certainly turning here, finally! The day's are gorgeous and night's are great for sleeping. Hope all the daddy's out there had a great day yesterday!! The kid's and I had fun spoiling Keith this wknd. For once I was able to do something really nice for him (financially) and we took him and had him pick out a new leather (bike) jacket for his cruiser. He was in shock I think!! He kept looking at me and I could tell he was really excited and happy. He's always doing for us and never himself and this is something he needs and has wanted to get, so this was perfect opportunity! Then yesterday we had a nice day and the kid's and I BBQ'd and made him sit and relax and then had yummy dessert. All in all, was an awesome wknd!!

This is a card I made for my father in law. He just had his tractor rebuilt and painted orange, so I was able to match it all up! Isn't this stamp super cute? It's from High Hopes!

It's a new line down at Pointer's called "Pepper and Friends" and I fell in love with it!! I couldn't wait to get him colored up.
