My First Out Of Town Order!

Hello again! Well, I wanted to send a BIG thank you out to Marissa from Staton Island, New York!! Marissa came across my blog and saw the Minnie house that I did and she contacted me via email and we worked on Minnie Mouse birthday invitations and Thank you cards. This was my first big order, my first online order AND my first out of town (and province!!) order!! I had alot of fun doing it. I posted pics of a minnie ensemble that I did in a post below. I don't want to add the exact invites as they have personal information on them.

Again, a BIG thank you to Marissa and her family for a great opportunity and a HUGE HAPPY BIRTHDAY goes out to her (soon to be 2) daughter, Nicole!!!

"I Love You" Card

Hello! Well, I've had time to sit and play with my new punches. For Valentine's Day, Keith got me 2 martha stewart punches, a stamp set, textured pack of CS and chocolates!! The punches are VERY hard to find and I have actually been keeping my eye out for them as I have some ppl looking for them. No such luck!

So, this card I made is done using the following: (CTMH unless otherwise noted)
  • white daisy ink pad
  • key to my heart acrylic stamp set (no longer available as it was a campaign)
  • ms. sweetheart (I Love You sentiment and glasses)
  • martha stewart single heart punch
  • martha stewart valentine's lace edge punch

Ashleigh and Riley

Just thought I would share this as I posted pics of Riley when we first brought him home. Well, he's now 13 weeks and he's HUGE and still growing!! He's a hoot though, has quite a personality! He LOVES brooms, we've gone through a couple now, he just likes to drag them through the house and then chew the ends.

More Wedding Samples

Here's a couple more wedding samples I made as well.

Minnie Mouse Ensemble!

Hello! Sorry, it's been a bit since I posted, I've been VERY busy with card orders! So, I know I posted this one a week or so ago, but I wanted to repost it and add the matching bag that I made! How cute is this bag? The whole set turned out VERY cute!! This is done using the Cricut Expressions 'Mickey & Friends' cartridge. This particular set was put together with the tall one being an invitation and the smaller card being a thank you. You could do whatever you wanted with it and I can also do it in Mickey Mouse for a boy!! When I have a minute, I plan on making up a Mickey Mouse set and posting it, so stay tuned!

Baby Shower Favors and Matching Card

Hello! Well, I finished the favors to match Amy's baby shower invites!! I've re-posted the invite here so you can see how they match. They're so cute!! I used my expressions 'plantin schoolbook' cartridge to make the boxes, cuttlebug 'swiss dots' folder and the expressions 'stretch your imagination' for the baby carriage. Bling is from Michaels!!

Now, on to my next project!!

Masquerade 'Sweet 16' Party Invites

Yesterday I had a phone call to come up with samples for a Sweet 16 birthday party, in a masquerade theme! I have to be honest and say this was a tough one. I had to work with what I had on hand as she wanted to have the samples this morning if possible and then if she's happy, I'll be a busy girl all wknd as she needs them Mon/Tues next week, and I may be making 100 or more. The first one, unfortunately, turned out darker han it is. It's a very pretty pale pink. I sent the samples in though, so can't retake the pic. Her color theme is black, pink and silver.

House Mouse 'Birthday' Card

I made this for my friend's birthday. Again, the card is pre-embossed and bought at Michael's. I colored the image using watercolor pencils and then covered it with adhesive sheets and added prisma glitter! I added a little mouse on the envelope to match.

Thank You Fairy Much (green/yellow)

Another 'Eloise' card, this one done the same as the one below, using CTMH 'Sunny Yellow' ink pad. The 'Thank You Fairy Much' sentiment is also from Stamping Bella!

Thank You Fairy Much (pink/green)

This stamp is from Stamping Bella (http://www.stampingbella.com/) and she is called 'eloise greengrass'. I bought the embossed card at Michaels and then used my CTMH 'Hollyhock' inkpad and ran it across the card. I then used a punch from Michaels and made the circles that Eloise is on. I colored her with watercolor pencils and added some glitter and bling!

Notepad Set

This is the cutest idea! Each month, a group of us get together and we scrapbook. Each month, we put together a make & take project for the girl's to do. The last couple mth's, one of our friends has done the make & takes and this is the one we did last night. Thank you so much, Christine!

This is a little notepad that Christine put together. She provided us with the pieces and we added our own touches and put it all together with a matching card! I used liquid glass on the hearts (card) and glitter on the notepad.

  • Pink CS (paisley)

'Snowman' Layout

This is one of the layouts I did on Saturday. We were given the snowflakes and snowman to incorporate into a layout. I bought the paper at Stamping Bella and then I had bought the 'snow' letters at http://www.cropstop.com/, absolutely love them, they're adesive backed! Then I used prisma glitter on the flakes and snowman, colored his gloves and cut out black boots/hat, added ribbon and red buttons. Pic will follow, just have to find the right one!

"Beach Babes" Layout

Yesterday I went to an all day crop at Stamping Bella (http://www.stampingbella.com/) in Thornhill and managed to get EIGHT layouts done! Was a great day and they have the CUTEST little stamps there as well!
This layout is done using paper I bought at Stamping Bella (thanks Christine for your help in colors!) and I used my 'Plantin Schoolbook' Expressions cartridge for the letters.

"Thank The Heavens..."

Another card with Belle on the opposite side of the card and this one is using my CTMH "Special Friendship" stamp set, which is no longer available.

'Thank You' Card

Sorry I've been MIA for a bit, hit a bit of a creative block, but I think I'm back in the game!! For this card, I bought the "Dreams Come True" Expressions cartridge and used my CTMH Gracious Greetings (D1265) stamp set. Belle actually cuts in pc's and then you have to put her all together. I love the outcome though. So pretty!
