Christmas Invitations

Good morning! First off, I want to thank everyone for your kind comments and emails regarding the loss of our kitty. It really meant alot to me. I knew the time would come and knew it would be hard, but wow, I wasn't prepared for the loss I felt! I'm feeling much better now, so thank you.
My hairdresser asked me to make her Christmas Open House Invites again this year and she wanted something simple yet elegant and less is more kind of idea. She gave me an idea of what she was looking for and this is what I came up with. I used my cricut to cut out 3x3" red squares, then I cut out 2 1/4 x 2 1/4" white squares. I then used my CTMH prisma glitter around the edges, cut out snowflakes with my Martha Stewart punch and added MS course glitter to those and finished it with curly ribbon. Let me tell you, there is glitter EVERYWHERE!! LOL! I did the information using my printer and velum.
This is my project that I didn't get done in time for Monday's "Anything Christmas" challenge! I hope you like it.

Karen I think that you did a fabulous job on the invites. Very elegent looking. Again I am sorry about your kitty. You should do up a page of her with the family.

Actually, I am planning on it. There's a couple beautiful pics of her that I would love to do up. I just have to find them. Thank you for your thoughts!

I think this turned out really pretty too...I hope Amy's happy with it, I'm sure she will be.
