LM #225 - Life's Lesson "Chocolate Pizza"

Morning all! Happy Sunday and guess what! Time for a new challenge at Lasting Memories and this week we are challenging you to create a layout showcasing a "Life's Lesson" .. I hope you can take a moment and pop by the challenge as well because there are some awesome layouts over there and some great life lessons too! Here's my take on this weeks challenge:

A few years ago, my cousin and I took our girls on a crafty road trip and we stopped at Boston Pizza for lunch. After lunch, the waitress asked the girls if they would like a "chocolate pizza" to which they both said YES PLS! Well!! When their 'pizza' came to the table, we all burst out laughing! It was the size of a toonie!!!! Life lesson??? Things aren't always what they seem!

They Call It Puppy Love

So life in the Wilson household is settling, slowly (lol) and this little guy has certainly got a hold of my heart strings. Ashleigh loves him to pieces and he's crazy about her. With his crazy antics, his "i'm not tired" face, his "i'm grumpy and tired" growl before he crashes .. his 5 laps around the table to see who will catch him first to cuddling up on the couch beside you when he's had enough .. hubby took these today, but I didn't realize I was actually in the photo's so when he sent them to me I was surprised as I actually love the pics!

Hello and welcome to our very first challenge for 2015 at Lasting Memories! We're celebrating the new year and new Design Team with a blog hop. Super fun right?! Our challenge theme this entire month is "Life's Moments" and our first challenge is "Life's Simple Pleasures" .. we want to know what one of your simple pleasure's in life is. Chocolate? Coffee? Kayaking with my daughter! We live a walk away from the water so invested in these a couple yrs ago. I absolutely love it when I get a chance to get out there - so this was my "Simple Pleasure"!
