Baby "Ace"

He everyone! As the countdown to Christmas continues, I wanted to get in on the last challenge theme over at Lasting Memories which is "Anything Goes" with a holiday theme. This Christmas, our daughter asked for a pug. It was all she wanted. As most of you know, we already have 2 big dogs and 2 cats! Well, we couldn't disappoint our girl at Christmas and it's not the first time we've had 3 dogs and 2 cats lol so meet "Ace"

He's a pug/boston terrier cross and is quite a cutie! We brough him home last Thursday and he's doing pretty good with everything!

I coloured up this cutie image in PSE and then did my page. Once it was done, I knew I had to have something to do with the moon (lol) so went looking for a quote and found this one! I thought it was absolutely perfect and I already had all the elements! A little humour never hurt :)

A New Tradition

Morning! We have a new challenge at Lasting Memories this week! It's also our start to our Deccember challenges. I can't believe these are the last challenges of 2014!! So our challenge this week?

"Home for the Holidays" Show us a Holiday Tradition you do in your home
I decided this year that I wanted to start a new tradition - I made my kid's advent boxes! The little boxes are about 2x2 and they're from Stampin Up! I wrapped some washi tape around them and then added some stickers etc. I hope they'll make it through the season and we can re-use them next year. With Andrew away at University, I wanted to make sure he had something special to get him through the month till he comes home again on the 20th. A little taste of home
