LM #170 - I'm Charmed!

Sunday marked a new challenge at Lasting Memories and in keeping with my latest "I'm running behind!" issue, I'm running behind lol but here I am, better late than never, right? Our challenge this week is to use a charm on your LO and I thought this LO was perfect for my birthday cake charm! Not to mention nice to see a summery layout on a freezing cold day! We woke up to -24*C this morning, feeling like -30*C with the wind chill! NUTS! Anyway, here's my LO ..
