FBW #197 - "Birthday Wishes"

Good morning!! It's Wednesday and that means time for a new challenge at Flutter By Wednesday! Thank you all so much for joining us last week. So fun to see everyone's creations!! This week is an OPEN challenge and we're being sponsored by Sparkle Creations!! Just remember, you need to have a butterfly, fairy or angel on your creation. For my creation, I used "Scooter Chloe" - isn't she cute!!!
