Our First Elephant Ride - 2003 & I Found An Awesome Giveaway!

This is going back a few years!!! Here is another LO from our trip to African Lion Safari in '03. I don't even know if Ashleigh remembers riding an elephant. Good thing for pics huh!! These are MASSIVE up close!! But what a ride. This is also back in my Creative Memories days, can ya tell?? Just getting into scrapbooking a little more here. I love looking back and seeing how far I've come with my scrapbooking. I would never go back and change everything....would you? I'd like to hear your thoughts on this one!! Have a great day! It's the last day of the week here bc tmw is Canada Day! Long wknd, here we come!!

  3. You rode an elephant!! How cool!! Cute little layout. And to answer your question... NO.. I would not go back and change older layouts or redo them. When they are done.. .they are done and that style of that time period tells a little about ourselves. :-) We should have a "Show us your very first layout EVER" challenge. Ohhh... I bet there would be some doozies. LOL

  5. Elephant rides are so much fun! Shane and I have been on an elephant twice. What a ride! You know, CM was all there was for at a time, so I think a lot of pages look the same. I haven't re-done any 12x12's, but I am working on re-doing the 8-1/2 x 11 pages. As I do them, I can't help but wonder why on earth I cut all my pictures in circles and ovals!! Maybe that is why I like clean lines now, huh?
