An Awesome Tutorial AND a GREAT Idea!

(2nd post today)

I was doing a little blog hopping before I head to school and I came across Cabio's Flower tutorial and I have to show you!!! Her flowers are gorgeous and she did an amazing job with her tutorial. You can find it here!
